A Waterloo man faces one felony charge, and other violations after an investigation into a stolen safe.
The Waterloo Police Department reports that on Thursday at about 1:35 pm, officers arrested Robert C. Rickerson, 25, of Waterloo.
Rickerson was charged with second-degree burglary – a felony, petit larceny, and unlawful possession of marijuana. The charges stem from an incident where it is alleged that Rickerson entered a residence unlawfully and stole a safe.
He was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 secured bond.
Rickerson is scheduled to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on November 21st, 2017 at 9:00 am.
