On Friday, November 17th at 8:12 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Samuel J. Eckert, 29, of Waterloo following a shoplifting complaint.
Eckert stole merchandise from Kinney Drugs in the Town of Seneca Falls, passing all points of sale without attempt at rendering payment. He was charged with one count of petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
He was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
He will answer the charges at a later date.
