During a routine drug investigation Homkes was found to be possessing a hypodermic syringe in her purse.
Officers issued traffic tickets to Judy Danson, of Penn Yan for operating a vehicle without a license and issued Aaron Joyce, of Rushville a ticket for operating a motor vehicle in violation of a restricted license.
All three will answer the charges in Penn Yan Village Court.
