Deputies say that around 7:32 am first responders were called to a two-car accident on State Route 96 and Spring Run in Manchester.
Deputies responded along with Finger Lakes Ambulance and Clifton Springs Fire Department – finding a vehicle operated by 55-year-old Eileen M. Hyland, of Manchester pulled out onto Route 96 in front of a pickup truck operated by Matthew Hiler, 38, of Newark.
The two vehicles collided and Hyland had to be extricated from the vehicle and transported to Clifton Springs Hospital via Finger Lakes Ambulance.
She was ticketed for failing to yield the right of way.
