Heat Advisories are active again for Tuesday, as high temperatures are expected to climb into the low-90s.
The National Weather Service reports that temperatures will climb into the 90s with heat indexes pushing to, or beyond 100 degrees. Combined with the humidity, which will peak on Tuesday – conditions will be downright oppressive.
Those doing work or spending time outside should try to limit that exposure, drink plenty of liquids and stay in the shade as much as possible.
The combination of warm temperatures & humidity will make it very uncomfortable to be outside & dangerous for anyone with heat related health issues. Temps & humidity will remain high through Wednesday. Please use extra caution if you need to go outside. https://t.co/T9ZRwcrsMR pic.twitter.com/5F0GFyXe7X
