One man was ticketed on multiple charges – including DWI – after driving into an apartment building.
Deputies say Roger A. Lee, 53, of Honeoye was operating a 2015 Ford Taurus and crashed into the Parklawn Apartments along State Route 20A.
Upon investigation it was determined that he was intoxicated. Lee was arrested for driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana.

He was issued traffic citations for driving while intinxocated, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and transported to F.F. Thompson Hospital.
Lee will answer the charges in Richmond Town Court at a later date.
Deputies say the American Red Cross and Code Enforcement responded to the scene.
No residents were injured. However, one apartment suffered serious damage.
