Police: Burglary charge for Waterloo man banned from Walmart stores

Police say a Waterloo man was arrested on charges related to a burglary at Walmart, following the theft of more than $100 worth of merchandise from the Seneca Falls store.

On August 3rd at 2:42 pm police arrested Timothy Wright, 30, of Waterloo for petit larceny and burglary after allegedly stealing $117 worth of merchandise from Walmart.

Wright was issued a no trespass warning by Walmart in North Carolina for shoplifting, which resulted in the burglary charge.

He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 secured bond.

He will reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court on August 8th.
