Storms packing a strong punch on Monday resulted in several downed trees, some scattered power outages, and a mess to clean up in parts of Wayne County.
The Town of Ontario was particularly hard hit, where residents were picking up after a strong series of storms moved through between 3 and 4 pm.

Photos from the scene even show a road closure, which was reported after a tree took down some wires. A tree fell through a home in that community, as well, which resulted in a family being displaced. Three boys were able to make it out safely, but a few animals remain missing.
