The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 25-year-old Newark woman on larceny charges following an incident at Walmart.
Lee A. O’Shea, 25, of Newark was charged with Petit Larceny and two counts of Child Not Properly Restrained.
O’Shea is accused of stealing merchandise from the Walmart Super Center valued at $649.02. She was located driving away from the scene and a traffic stop was conducted.
Two juveniles in the vehicle were not properly restrained.
O’Shea was released on an appearance tickets.
Police say she is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on August 6th at 5:30 pm to answer the charges.
