A Wayne County woman is behind bars on Sunday night after being accused of being a toilet thief.
Deputies say 31-year-old Jennifer Amidon stole a toilet from a home where she used to live and from which she had been evicted. Investigators say they discovered she had earlier also stolen a water heater from the same building.
She was charged Sunday with burglary and petit larceny and is being held on $250 bail.
