Sheriff: Lyons man left children unsupervised after domestic

Deputies say a Lyons man was arrested on multiple charges following an investigation into a domestic incident.

Neil R. Perry, 39, of Lyons was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was arrested after that investigation into a domestic incident was initiated by Wayne County Child Protective Services.

It is alleged that on July 13th, while at his home, Perry became upset and broke a picture frame that contained his wedding photo.

He then left his home – leaving his two children, 6- and 4-years-old, home alone without supervision.

He was arrested and arraigned in the Town of Lyons Court, and released to reappear at a later date to answer the charges.

An order of protection was issued protecting the minor children.
