ATV crash in Manchester leads to felony DWI charge for teen

Deputies say on Sunday around 2:32 am they were called to an ATV crash, which resulted in one minor being transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

However, that driver was charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, according to investigators.

Seth Bourlier, 17, of Fulton was involved in a crash where his ATV rolled over on Outlet Road – and had a 15-year-old passenger.



The passenger was transported to Clifton Springs Hospital and released.

It was determined that Bourlier’s BAC was higher than 0.08 percent. He was arraigned in Hopewell Town Court and released.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
