Police: Felony drug arrest made after cocaine, heroin sold in Canandaigua

On Tuesday at approximately 5:40 pm officers of the Canandaigua Police Department with the assistance of the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, arrested a 24-year-old following a drug investigation.

Peter A. Dau, 24, was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.

It’s alleged that the Dau sold heroin and cocaine while in the City of Canandaigua.

The arrest of Dau is the result of a co-investigation conducted by the Canandaigua City Police Department and the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office in regards to heroin and cocaine sales in Canandaigua.

He was held in the Ontario County Jail till his arraignment.
