The Canandaigua Police Department says an arrest has been made after an investigation, which began in late-May.
Carlos H. Arita-Perez, 49, of Canandaigua was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment after an incident on May 25th.
Arita-Perez is accused of forcefully restraining a teenage victim during an incident on May 25th around 8:30 am.
The incident took place on Saltonstall Street in the City of Canandaigua, but additional details about the incident were not released by police.
Arita-Perez was taken tot he Ontario County Jail for arraignment on the charge.
