There’s a cold front passing through the region on Tuesday, but don’t bank on much rain.
The Finger Lakes will remain almost completely dry – with only a few passing showers registering on the radar as a cold front passes through.
The front will dry things out, and remove the humidity that built into the air on Monday. However, the cool down will be short-lived – as temperatures will once again trend upward as the end of the week approaches.
Wednesday will be the most-pleasant day of the week, as temperatures stay around 80 degrees. As the weekend arrives, temperatures are expected to climb back into the upper-80s and approach 90.
Next week looks like it could be a return to the heat that dominated the forecast a week ago, but much remains unclear about that possibility.
Here's your hour by hour planner. Consider yourself lucky if you see a few rain drops this morning. Beyond that, it's largely dry with clouds breaking for more sun and more warmth this afternoon. Today's high: 86° #ROC pic.twitter.com/6SBIDouLqy
