On June 19th at approximately 6:45 pm police arrested a 35-year-old Geneva man on drug charges following a multi-agency investigation.
Jarimie M. Rugg, of Geneva was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance after selling cocaine while in the City of Canandaigua.
Police say Rugg’s arrest is the result of a co-investigation between the Canandaigua City Police Department and Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Rugg was held in the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment. Additional charges are possible, as the investigation remains active.
The charges will all be answered at a later date.
