Not all children are a good fit for traditional, organized team sports. Some do better with fun, nontraditional activities that don’t carry the pressure of athleticism, competition or peak performance.
The Seneca Falls Development Corp. has been awarded a $5,840 grant to offer a Team Active8 program, one of 20 projects funded through the Finger Lakes region to help support and strengthen the quality, quantity and accessibility of regional youth sports and recreation programs.
