del Lago Resort & Casino hosts 9/11 Never Forget Mobile Exhibit

del Lago Resort & Casino is pleased to announce it will host the 9/11 Never Forget Mobile Exhibit June 20th-26th. This is the first time the traveling exhibit has been to the region as it has never been in Buffalo, Rochester, Central New York or the Finger Lakes. The exhibit serves as a tribute to those lost on 9/11, including the 343 members of the FDNY who made the ultimate sacrifice saving and protecting others in the line of duty.

The high-tech 53-foot tractor trailer transforms into a 1,000-square-foot exhibit that helps further educate citizens around the country about the events of the tragic day. The exhibit includes interactive education, including steel beams from the towers and other 9/11 artifacts, documentary videos and recordings of first-responder radio transmissions and interactive guided tours from FDNY heroes.

In 2013, the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation launched its 9/11 Never Forget Mobile Exhibit to memorialize the tragedy. The Siller family started the foundation to honor the memory of their brother, Stephen, a New York City firefighter (FDNY) who lost his life on 9/11. The foundation was built upon the mantra “while we have time, let us do good” and continues Stephen’s legacy by supporting our nation’s first responders and service members.
