State Police: Palmyra man with two previous DWI convictions arrested again

On Tuesday state police in Lyons arrested a 31-year-old Palmyra man on felony driving while intoxicated charges after his vehicle was located off of Schilling Road.

Police were called to the report of a car off the road in Palmyra where they located Drew M. Williams, 31, of Palmyra — who they say was intoxicated.

He was charged with felony driving while intoxicated — due to two previous DWI convictions in the last 10 years — and also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device and moving from lane unsafely.

Williams was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests.  He was transported to SP Lyons for processing.

The charges will be answered in Palmyra Town Court at a later date.
