Deputies arrested a 20-year-old Honeoye Falls resident following a traffic stop in Farmington.
Ezickiel M. Smith, 20, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs after a traffic stop for failing to keep right on the roadway. As result of the traffic stop he was issued citations to be answered in Farmington Town Court.
During the traffic stop, it was determined that Smith also had an active warrant for his arrest issued by the Rochester City Police Department for a second-degree harassment charge.
Deputies turned Smith over to police in Rochester to answer the warrant.
