The Watkins Glen Police Department reports the arrest of a 44-year-old resident following a trespassing incident.
Richard J. Hagenow, of Watkins Glen was charged with third-degree criminal trespass and committed to the Schuyler County Jail.
He was arraigned in Watkins Glen Village Court.
The charges will be answered at a later date, according to the Watkins Glen PD.
