del Lago gives back $700 to Seneca County House of Concern

del Lago Resort & Casino has put an effort on strengthening the community through various charitable missions.

In honor of del Lago Resort & Casino’s one-year anniversary, it held a Savor del Lago event featuring a variety of Savor NY and Tasting Tuesdays vendors.

Guests were invited to sample and purchase locally sourced products — from wine, beer and cider to coffee, lotion, honey and sauces.

Proceeds from the event, totaling more than $700, were donated to Seneca County House of Concern. House of Concern was also the first charity recipient of del Lago’s monthly Tasting Tuesdays events last June.

Seneca County House of Concern has been a source of assistance for people in difficult situations for more than 47 years, helping them with basic needs, such as food, clothes and household items, while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
