Wayne County Sheriff Barry Virts reports the arrest of Joshua Bresett, 24, of Webster was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated after a truck went off the road.
Patrol was dispatched to a vehicle-and-traffic complaint on Ridge Road in the Town of Sodus after a truck was reportedly found ‘off the road’. It was determined that Bresett was operating the vehicle while in an intoxicated condition.
He was subsequently arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent and moving from lane unsafely.
Bresett was issued uniform traffic tickets to appear in Sodus Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
