An Ithaca woman who was arrested following a fatal robbery in Newfield in December 2016 was sentenced Monday at the Tompkins County Courthouse.
Jamie Gerhart will serve five years in prison and two-and-a-half years of post-release supervision. She pleaded guilty to first-degree robbery in December.
Gerhart was arrested in December 2016 following the robbery that resulted in the death of Camden Rundell. Police said Gerhart, Roy Clements, Melissa Minnick, Dennis Lampila and Colleen McColgin conspired to steal marijuana plants from Rundell's home.
Gerhart originally also faced charges of second-degree murder. Court documents also showed Gerhart was charged with criminal possession of a firearm and attempted tampering with evidence.
