The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Sodus man following a complaint of damage to a door.
Deputies arrested 20-year-old David A Rodriguez after they were called to the residence for the report of damage to a door.
He was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Rodriguez was arraigned in Sodus Town Court and was released on his own recognizance.
He is scheduled to appear back at the Sodus Town Court at a later date and time.
