Red Creek woman charged with felony DWI after running stop sign

On January 19th State Police arrested a Red Creek resident following a traffic stop.

Troopers say Kelly L. Shultz, 48, of Red Creek, New York was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to yield right of way at a stop sign.

Shultz was stopped on Keeley Street in the Village of Red Creek for failing to yield right of way at a stop sign. She was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests.



Shultz was transported to State Police Wolcott where she provided a breath sample of .19 percent.

She was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Wolcott Court on March 1st, 2018.
