A tanker truck full of liquid runoff from an out-of-town landfill overturned Wednesday on Route 104 in Throop, spilling some of its contents.
The accident occurred in the area of 7241 North Division St. Road at about 4:20 p.m. Area fire companies shut down traffic through the area.
The truck was reported to be carrying "sludge water" and other tankers were reported to be en route to offload the remainder of the contents.
