Convenience and customer service were some of the concerns raised Wednesday at a community discussion regarding Auburn Community Hospital’s new strategic partnership, but officials reassured residents that the quality of care should improve.
Last month, ACH announced it would begin sharing programs and services with St. Joseph’s Health in Syracuse and University of Rochester Medical Center, a collaboration that had been in the works since September 2015. And on Wednesday morning, officials from each institution discussed that partnership with community members at a monthly roundtable.
