State Police arrested an Ontario man on felony DWI charges following a property damage accident on State Route 21 in Marion.
Police say the incident took place on New Years Day, when Luke R. Tennity, 24, of Ontario was the operator of a vehicle involved in a property damage accident.
The 24-year-old had a previous DWI conviction within the last 10 years, which made the DWI charge levied against him this week a felony. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of marijuana, and felony driving while intoxicated.
Police say Tennity had a blood-alcohol content of .19 percent.
He was processed in Williamson and issued tickets.
