The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Rochester woman following an incident at Eastview Mall.
Deputies say Sarah Kassa Federe, 23, of Rochester was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation after an investigation into an incident.
Deputies say Federe was possessing cocaine and heroin while at Eastview Mall.
She was released and will answer the charges at a later date.
