The Seneca County Sheriff’s office reports that on November 30th at about 6:16 pm deputies arrested a 37-year-old Ovid resident for driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
Jamie L Huff , 37, of Ovid was on Rock River Road in the Town of Ovid when she went off the road, struck a tree, and left the scene.
Huff was charged with Driving while intoxicated, Aggravated driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and unregistered motor vehicle.
Deputies report that they found Huff at a nearby residence where she was placed under arrest for DWI.
Huff was arraigned in the Town of Ovid Court where she was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional facility in lieu of $500 cash bail $1,000 bond.
Huff is to appear before the Town of Ovid Court on December 19th to answer the charges.
