Deputies: Naples man prevented victim from calling 911

On November 22nd around 8:01 pm deputies responded to a South Bristol residence for the report of a disturbance.

Deputies say that Philip A. Deleo, 40, of Naples had disabled and taken away communication from a party attempting to call 911 during a domestic incident.



He was subsequently charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief for disabling emergency communication efforts, as well as second-degree criminal contempt and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was transported to the Ontario County Jail for pre-arraignment and will answer the charges at a later date.
