A Miami development company has plans to transform a Grant Avenue auto shop into a Five Star Urgent Care and Aspen Dental complex.
Frontier Development LLC submitted plans for the project at 271 Grant Ave., the current David’s Collision and Body Shop, to the Auburn Planning Board.
According to the site plan, the developers plan to demolish the existing building and build a 6,700-square-foot building with parking.
Greg Sgromo, an engineer from Dunn and Sgromo Engineers in Syracuse, said during the November planning board meeting on Nov. 8 that the building will be “modern” and “very attractive” with a “significant amount of landscaping.”
