The Watkins Glen Police Department reports the arrest of William M. Haischer, 36, of Watking Glen after an investigation into the theft of items from a business.
Police charged Haischer with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny.
The charges will be answered at a later date. Haischer was remanded to the Schuyler County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
