Deputies say a 39-year-old Honeoye man was arrested after an investigation revealed that on October 20th he slapped and verbally abused a 12-year-old child.
Bryan E. Montgomery, 39, of Honeoye is accused of slapping a 12-year-old and verbally abusing the child for 30 minutes.
He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and arraigned in Richmond Town Court.
He was remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 secured bond.
