The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Jordan T. Green, 24, of Williamson following a domestic incident, which took place in front of two young children.
He was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.
It is alleged that Green kicked in the front door causing damage to the door and wall behind the door. He also damaged property inside the residence, according to deputies.
The entire incident is said to have happened in front of the victim’s two children ages 3- and 4-years-old.
Green was arraigned in the Town of Williamson Court and released.
He is to reappear in the Town of Williamson Court on a later date to answer the charges.
