Bills squeak past Bucs 30-27

The Bills looked for a moment like they had squandered an opportunity to put the game away early as a 17-6 lead vanished come the second half with Buffalo trailing 27-20 with 3:20 left in regulation. But a big 44-yard catch by Deonte Thompson led to a LeSean McCoytouchdown to tie the game with 2:28 remaining.

On the ensuing possession, Tre’Davious White force a fumble and recovered it at the Tampa 33-yard line. Buffalo then ran clock before bringing on Stephen Hauschka for a game-winning field goal from 30 yards away for a dramatic 30-27 victory.

LeSean McCoy accounted for 122 all-purpose yards and a pair of touchdowns in the victory as Buffalo ran for 173 yards and averaged 5.2 yards per carry.
