The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on October 2nd at approximately 5:18 pm Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Donald J. Gregory Jr, 49, of Auburn for Driving While Intoxicated and improper U-turn.
The incident stems for a two car property damage accident that occurred on State Route 318.
While Deputies were on scene it was determined that Gregory was under the influence and as a result caused the accident.
He was released on appearance tickets and is to appear to the Town of Tyre Court to answer the charges.
