Deputies say a 21-year-old Penn Yan man has been charged after an investigation into a stolen vehicle.
Brandon Fulton, 21, of Penn Yan was found to be possessing a stolen car, which he did not have permission to drive. Fulton was charged with possession of stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, according to deputies.
He was arraigned in Barrington Town Court and will answer the charges in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
