According to the Waterloo Police Department, no traffic will be allowed on Stark St. from Williams St. to Rt. 96 on Tuesday, October 3rd.
“This means no access to use the cross stree intersections at West Elisha, West Elizabeth, Wright Ave. and Hecker Rd.,” Stephen Ward, Superintendent of Public Works said in a notice to residents.
People living on Stark St. will have limited availability to access their homes. If possible, officials ask that residents make plans to accommodate the paving efforts.
Driveway paving will take place on Wednesday, October 4th, which will result in some delays — but will not close the road.
