Romulus man arrested on drug charges in Seneca Falls

On Tuesday around 4 pm investigators arrested a 27-year-old Romulus man on felony drug charges.

Shane M. Baker, 27, was charged with fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance — both felonies.

The arrest was the result of an investigation into the sales of controlled substances in Seneca Falls. Baker was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and a quantity of a controlled substance at the time of the arrest.

He was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 secured bond.
