Mark and Lisa Rager met on a blind date some two decades ago, fell in love and eventually married, living a modest middle-class life in an impeccably kept home on Oak Street in the city.
Mark, a strapping man with a quick smile, was always on the go, working around the house, riding bikes and following his favorite sports teams, which include the New York Jets and New York Yankees.
