A man from Avoca was arrested Monday after a year-long investigation into child pornography.
Investigators said they were contacted in August 2016 by the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office in Maryland about a potential child pornography case.
The investigators in Maryland said 26-year-old Nunziato Nirelli in Steuben County was soliciting photos from a 15-year-old girl in Maryland.
Investigators in Steuben County executed a search warrant on several electronic devices belonging to Nirelli and found multiple photos and videos of the girl, along with several other items of evidence.
