Cayuga County road rage killer denied fifth request for parole

An inmate who killed a man in a road-rage crash in Cayuga County has been denied parole for the fifth time.

William LeVea was convicted of aggravated vehicular homicide, driving while intoxicated and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon in 2011 and was sentenced to six to 18 years in prison.

At the time, the court found him guilty of killing 41-year-old Christopher Spack, of Camillus, after LeVea repeatedly rammed his truck into Spack’s vehicle, until he sent Spack’s truck spinning into the path of a truck on Route 370 near Cato in 2009.
