Closing arguments were heard on Tuesday afternoon in the murder trial of Nagee Green after the defense declined to bring any witnesses to the stand.
Defense attorneys Joseph Joch and Michael Perehinec presented their arguments first, claiming the prosecution had failed to show enough evidence to convict the defendant and their narrative of what happened during the night in question lacks support. The prosecution then summarized their case by going through highlights of testimony and videos to show Green committed the crime.
Judge John C. Rowley will deliver final instructions to jurors Wednesday morning before they deliberate.
