On May 19th at approximately 3:10 pm deputies in Tompkins County arrested an Ithaca woman following a larceny complaint.
Deputies charged Seok Young Jo, 22, of Ithaca with petit larceny after a shoplifting complaint was filed with authorities.
She posted bail and was released with an appearance ticket for Lansing Town Court on May 23rd.
