State Police say a Palmyra man was charged with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on State Route 31.
Police arrested Colby J. Perry, 26, of Palmyra for DWI in Macedon after failing to keep right and moving from the lane unsafely.
He was placed under arrest, according to officers, and arraigned in Macedon Town Court. The charges will be answered at a later date.
