Police say a Seneca Falls woman was charged after an incident that happened at an earlier date where she allegedly struck an officer.
Alisha T. Simmons, 35, of Seneca Falls was charged with second-degree harassment and resisting arrest after an incident where police say she struck an officer and resisted arrest before being taken into custody.
She was released on appearance tickets, and according to the Seneca Falls Police Department the officer did not suffer any injuries.
The charges will be answered in Seneca Falls Town Court.
