Deputies in Ontario County arrested Jose L. Rivera, 64, of Farmington for driving while intoxicated after they reported to Sand Hill Rd. for a disabled vehicle.
When they arrived, deputies found Rivera sleeping in his vehicle along the roadway. He refused to submit to a breath test to determine his blood-alcohol content and was taken to the Ontario County Jail where he was being held on pre-arraignment detention.
The charges will be answered in Farmington Town Court.
