On Monday at approximately 3:21 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Brooke L. Buckley, 19 and Philip M. Shutter, 25 both of Seneca Falls following a reported larceny that occurred at the Nice and Easy.
Shutter was charged with Petit Larceny, conspiracy and unlawfully dealing with a child.
Buckley was charged with petit larceny, conspiracy and unlawful possession of alcohol.
Both were released on appearance tickets and are to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 25th at 10 am.
